During the year, 1998, Mr. SUBRATA RANJAN BAL (S.R. Bal), Addl. Managing Director Joined the Board of the Company. He has wide experience in various areas of business. He has served with distinction in various Govt. organizations at the senior most levels besides having an army background. He has tremendous on field experience and possesses great management skills. He is a top-notch expert in project management and specially in materials management.

His work experience is of nearly 40 years. The company has benefited hugely from his experience knowledge of government procedures and army like discipline. He also forms a part of the closely held promoter group of the company.
